Caffè Nero asked Wonderhatch to create a festive social campaign designed to cut through the noise of the holiday season and drive engagement during one of the busiest moments in retail – one designed for shareability and cultural relevance. We delivered a fast-turn, creator-led activation that felt native to platform, driving standout engagement and meaningful interaction during one of the most competitive moments of the year.
We listened
Festive social is crowded, fast-moving and unforgiving. To cut through, content needed to feel platform-first, timely and genuinely entertaining – not brand-forced. We also knew speed was critical, with agile approvals and creator onboarding essential to go live while cultural relevance was at its peak.
We solved
We built a creator-led influencer strategy rooted in relatability, humour and shareable formats. Tight collaboration between Wonderhatch, Cirkle and Caffè Nero streamlined approvals, briefing and contracting, enabling content to go live within two weeks and land at peak seasonal relevance with audiences.
We delivered
The campaign outperformed benchmarks, driving strong interaction and creating a scalable blueprint for future creator-led activations. Influencer content delivered high engagement and share rates, signalling genuine audience resonance, while owned social performed at the top end of F&B benchmarks. Fast, culturally tuned creative helped Caffè Nero cut through festive noise.
