Little Black Book – Creative agency Wonderhatch appoints Nimo Awil as Head of Creative

Wonderhatch has appointed Nimo Awil as its first Head of Creative, marking “an exciting new chapter” for the agency as it continues to evolve its leadership team and creative offering. Named one of PITCH Magazine’s ‘100 Superwomen’ and Campaign’s ‘Faces to Watch’, Nimo brings 15 years of experience from agencies including Ogilvy, Publicis London, and Monks, where she helped shape work for global brands like Google, Dove, and American Express.

“Nimo is a rare creative talent,” said Wonderhatch CEO Marc Webbon, “possessing both the instinct and the drive to take Wonderhatch’s work to the next level.”

In her new role, Nimo will be responsible for developing Wonderhatch’s creative vision—delivering work that excites clients and audiences alike. Her passion for nurturing new talent and her work with programmes such as Cannes Lions’ See It Be It and D&AD’s New Blood Shift will help propel the agency’s creative culture forward.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the brilliant team at Wonderhatch,” Nimo shared, “at a time when the agency is thoughtfully evolving its approach with a real focus on inclusivity, curiosity, collaboration—and yes, a sense of wonder.”
